Carelessness with Candle Ignites Arleta Home

ARLETA - The Los Angeles Fire Department says a family of four was able to escape unharmed, but their home and belongings were seriously damaged, when a carelessly used candle ignited a fast-moving fire in the 13600 block of Terra Bella Street just before dawn on February 4, 2020.
