073 - Mar 14 - Blue Saturday
Today was a typical Saturday. I went to yoga. I went to work. I came home. In a few minutes Shawn and I are headed out to dinner at his brother's house. I am getting pretty tired as a result of all the long work hours. Hopefully only a couple more weeks and then things will calm down a bit.
I had the most amazing experience today after my yoga class that I think was a direct result of my yoga practice. I can't really explain it. Well, I'm not ready to really explain it. But soon...
