[ES] Corta una berenjena a lonchas. Pica tomate seco, tofu y la berenjena de las lonchas más pequeñas. En un recipiente para el horno alterna loncha de berenjena, lonchas de tomate fesco y lo que hemos picado antes. Hornear.

 

[EN] Cut the eggplant to slices. Chop dried tomato, tofu and the eggplant of the smallest slices. In a oven tray, place alternatively a slice of eggplant, a slice of fresh tomato and what we previosly chopped. Bake.
