Filet Mignon with Mushroom-Marsala Sauce

Oh my stars... this was a knockout dish! The recipe called for madeira wine, but I prefer marsala, and had it on hand already. Next time, I would slice the mushrooms thicker -- but that's the only thing I'd change. This recipe was a steak lover's dream come true.
