This is a chocolate-peanut butter brownie with vanilla bean ice cream and peanut butter fudge sauce.

 

I honestly thought about this brownie a lot today. I daydreamed about eating it all day long! And yes... it was that good! (although... I did add about 30 extra minutes onto my workout to pay penance)
