In this video, I will show you how to set up branding for your Office 365 for Business login page, set up a redirect from your domain to make it easier for your employees to remember, and how to create short URL's for easier access for your employees.
The three custom URL's to use for your login page are listed below. You can set up redirects to the links as shown below:
1. login.microsoftonline-int.com/?whr=YOURDOMAIN.COM
2. https:/outlook.com/YOURDOMAIN.COM
1. login.microsoftonline-int.com/?whr=shizmedia.net
2. https:/outlook.com/shizmedia.net
The first link will go to the user's home page unless you are an admin, it will go to the admin page. You can change the domain landing page after login in your profile settings. The second link will go straight to the user's Email in Outlook. The third link will go straight to your TEAM SITE. If you set up a redirect from YOUR domain to the above sites, it will make it easy for your employees without remembering the URL's above. For instance, using staff.shizmedia.net/ can redirect to the links above is easier than remembering the entire URL. Of course, some of your employees may use favorites/bookmarks for this.
