McDonald's thinks it's in a Transformers movie!
I uploaded one photo of this the first week in August 2013, and it was still transforming, ala Bumble Bee style it appeared! These photos are from the same day, it's probably finished by now.
From this view of the west side, the old McDonald's style was clearly still somewhat evident. This was one of those half-mansard red roof structures, a very common McD's style for a lot of the 90's. Here's a Google street view of this location, prior to remodel: goo.gl/maps/1TPFH
