Ah, this is better - tracking along nicely with Google Fit (total weight loss since Jan 1 "around" 70+ pounds)
Again, I didn't step on the scale Jan 1, so I'm estimating here. I do know my clothes were fitting a good bit looser though prior to that March 2020 visit I mentioned in the previous screenshot.
As for exercise: I walk at lunch, and walk *and* bike ride most evenings (even get up quite early on the weekends and alternate walking and bike riding). In addition, I do some "moderately" light exercise every day (usually much lighter on the weekends). I *always* mix things up though, to keep it from being boring (and hopefully something I won't end up dreading too much).
And although I'm not a fan of Google stuff in particular, I relented and downloaded Google Fit just a few weeks ago, just to find out that was the app I should have really started with. It allows me to track *everything* (with a helper app - it even tracks every single wobble I have while bike riding :P), and Fit will eventually replace that Omron blood pressure monitoring app once I get all that past data transferred over.
As for blood pressure: just the other day I stepped down to what I think is the lowest daily dose possible - extremely tiny pills! For the most part, my readings have been normal - definitely the numbers have gone down in proportion to the weight (just like those smug doctors say will happen) :P
I don't know if I'll stop in the low 170s weight-wise (hence calling 175 my "initial" goal), but 172 sounds like a pretty good number to strive for going into early fall - I believe I can manage to hit that mark in the near future. Going forward (provided I don't stray off the path), I hope to stay mostly on a low carb, low sodium diet, and just see what happens...
