Forget that remodel progress board, the new signage is here, the new signage is here(!)...
...After following this remodel for many months, finally the Senatobia Walmart is getting the storewide black décor 2.0 signage treatment! My front-on shot of the new Pharmacy signage came out too blurry (hence the side view), and actually that's a bit of mock excitement in that photo title, since the signage wasn't *all* installed yet (as of September 19, 2016, anyway). Many areas of the store (i.e. floors and shelving) were still in a bit of disarray as well, making it look as if the signage might have been rushed up for some reason (Hernando Marketplace Kroger opening a couple of interstate exits north, perhaps!?).
Here's Retail Retell's photo of the new signage at the Hernando Walmart Pharmacy for comparison as well. I think they've done the best job with this area of the store here, vs. the Hernando and Raleigh LaGrange locations. The blue over the top of the sign sets it off and makes it look quite nice, but shame on them for covering up the black 1.0 crown molding, hopefully they didn't actually remove it! And now if only they could get the blue right on those old Supercenter exteriors as well...
