Per Tate County assessor's records, the "new" McDonald's building was built in 2000. The website looks about 10 years older than the McDonald's! Luckily, this was listed under the name "McDonald's Corporation", or it's records would of been difficult to search out. Unluckily, since it's a company owned location, it's pretty ripe for eyebrowing sometime in the future.
