Kyle Bailey - Da Big Cheeze
Shipwreck / Black and White / Landscape / Pirate / Reflection / Richmond, BC / Decay / B&W
The Pine Leaf was owned by H. Bell-Irving Co (Packers and Canners)and was built in the 1930's. It was modernized but ultimately succumbed to old age and now sits amongst the fishes on the banks of the Fraser River in Richmond, BC.
The colour image of this shot was stripped of its Crayola hues and then an ND Grad was applied to darken the sky. Image was then sharpened in Aperture and the frame added as well.
Please feel free to join or invite your friends, family and complete strangers to this group I started for Rookie Photographers. I also hope you will visit www.rookiephoto.com for more information about my personal journey from Rookie to Pro.
Thanks for taking the time to view my photography. I kindly ask that you provide me with a brief comment regarding what you like, dislike or at the very least how you found me or the image you are looking at. If it was a group please let me know which one so that I can understand where the most activity comes from. If you found me through Twitter then please leave your Twitter address so I can follow you. If you came from Facebook then please take the time to 'like' my post etc. The more feedback and input I get allows me to grow as a photographer. Thanks again.
