Photographed under white LED lights - the colors come from the natural iridescence of the beetles.

 

Jewel Beetle (Cyphogastra javanica) and Stag Beetle (Lamprima adolphinae) - preserved specimens.

 

Hasselblad Makro-Planar f/4, 120 mm, set to f/4. Additional magnification provided by a bellows extension rail.
