Looking eastward down West Dallas at Montrose. Again, other than the downtown skyline, everything you see here is new. Speaking of downtown, it's a mile and a half from here to downtown, in particular to 1600 Smith Street, where I briefly worked while living here. Any more questions why this area is hot?
