A Touch of Red
It rained during the Memorial Day Service at Miller Park in Bloomington but it did not put a damper on the day, or it's color. There was a lot of red, white, and blue, even on the umbrellas. These two ladies were sitting just in front of me and I thought this made such a neat little scene.
The lighter side of techie things:
Anyone that knows me well, knows I love to shoot in the rain. Rain means clouds and clouds are like giant soft boxes that spread the light of the sun. It also deepens the hues of every color with which it comes in contact. Beyond that, it ads a sense of calm and peace, which I found quite fitting for this Memorial Day ceremony.
In case you missed the bugler ...
The heavy side of techie things:
ISO 400 (It was dark and kinda rainy)
1/250th
f/4.5
130mm
1 giant soft box for the sun
2 colorfully dressed ladies (From the American Legion Ladies Aid I think)
1 colorfully decorated umbrella
1 simple white glove
