Almost HDR

Almost. I've been wanting to delve into the world of HDR and tonemapping so I downloaded a free trial of Photomatix. I didn't have any shots of multiple exposure so I improvised by making two different images of the same thing in Lightroom. One image was heavily de-saturated, the other rather hideously colored. I combined them in Photomatix and got this. I have to say i was pretty impressed with the control of and options when it came to the processing power of Photomatix. So impressed, i'll probably buy a version soon. (This shot was taken inside Mack Glass in Downtown Bloomington.)
