Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok)
Went to Bangkok on a family trip. Not a very good timing, frankly, considering the political instability in the country at the moment. In fact, on our day when we were scheduled to leave for home, the Red planned to bring it out to the streets another rally. People were advised to stay indoors as massive traffic jam was expected. Luckily for us, we made it to the airport before the rally started. Army trucks could be seen on the highway to the airport. Obviously, they weren't going to be taken by surprise again after the airport showdown in 2008.
