Golden Orioles having fun with the water below
Resident birds of the subcontinent with croaky voice and an undulating flight pattern. These are easy to sight due to their bright yellow plumage and size. This place had more than half of dozen of them. Morning time, they come close to the ground in this area looking to forage on the lower branches of the trees or in the bush.
There was small pond the size of a swimming pool below and the birds were skimming the surface, grabbing some water and getting back on the branch. I didnt try that shot since I was quite close and was too hard on the 500 mm.
