Off-The-Balcony in our New CASA en Portugal's Vila Nova de Gaia

I am informed by a local (new buddy-Rui + Carol)

that this Building in Olive Green is

a Government funded affordable Housing "Project" ....

(now-they-tell-me) and

unlike those in Chicago, has ZERO regular Police activity,

no visible signs of disrepair, No Excessive trash littering the building etc....

 

We are- in a New Part of The Planet, for sure!
