"Egg Hopper"- a Sri Lankan Street Food delight

.....made in a Crepe like batter- which uses Rice Flour, and a fermented batter- not unlike a DOSHA-

and the EGG- is simple- cooked inside.

I LOVE the concept- and now- I need to find the right vessel in which to craft one.
