Patinaed Steel Fireplace Surround

I created this gorgeous Fireplace Surround for a home on Chicago's North Side.

 

During the final stages of this project-

I injured my back from a fall in my Studio-

onto the edge of my Anvil- making the memories of this install- as painful as my visits to see a Manual Therapist to rectify my spasmed back.

 

Done
