Varied Thrush

Seeing a varied thrush probably first sparked an interest in birds - I was driving to work, and at 35mph, I saw something that I thought looked like a robin, but wasn't quite a robin. A coworker listened to my description, and said "sounds like a varied thrush". This is the first one I've seen since then - at least a decade ago, and maybe two blocks from my house.
