Spring Storm, Sunset

Balsam root blooms along the foothills aong the eastern edge of the Cascade mountain range. There are many areas in Washington and Oregon at which you can find fields of these flowers. Spring rain storms moved across the Mazama Valley over the town of Winthrop at sunset.
