Megachile (Hackeriapis) rhodura x 3 and Chrysididae Cuckoo wasp. The bee hotel had been blown over during the big storm we had last December and the printer paper lining was exposed to the rain hence its ragged appearance. However the bees don't seem to mind. Note the Cuckoo wasp hanging in the small screw hole on the left hand side.
