Mr. Amigo Softy Ice Cream?

I was waiting for Geoffrey and suddenly I heard "Turkey in the Straw," that perennial ice cream truck anthem. Funny thing is, this truck was in the middle lane, so I highly doubt it would have been able to stop if anyone really wanted a cone.
