It's the end of summer in this neck of the woods, the time when Jacabobs and their cousins from over the next hill and across the pasture come to camp and stay for the Autumn Strangeland festivals before the frosty silent winter sets in.
Aard and his pal Vark arrived this morning and were joyfully greeted by the local Jacabobs who hadn't set eyes on them since last years "Duck and Cover" dance at the end of the annual bad times the human species call "Hunting Season".
