The Shock and the Horror
We have allowed our governments to prioritize profit over people. We have created a system where the health and lives of those who aren't billionaires (who continue to get richer) are not valued at all. We've been forced into situations while we are still working sick, getting everyone else around us sick and we've been trapped into fighting amongst ourselves instead of holding those in power to be accountable for true public health measures, accurately informing the public and reporting data, and providing safeguards for all workers. This is a catastrophic situation. I am not sure what is actually worse-Coronavirus or human greed-but I'm guessing its the latter.
No one is going to come save us.
