River Bend Reflections

Yosemite Valley, Yosemite, California

 

Tree reflections in the Merced River. The water level was low that fall, and autumn color was near its peak that day. We're standing in the shade of the Cathedral Rocks at a bend in the river, looking east while the mid-morning sun is side lighting the trees near El Capitan Meadow.
