This former Kroger in Frayser reopened April 14, 2014 as a Gordin's Foods and Butcher Shoppe Cost Plus 10%. The biggest disappointment in this was the removal of the wannabe neon décor. But aside from that, many old Kroger signs appear to be intact but modified for Cost Plus 10%. The aisle signs are the same but have been painted.
