Always Take Time For A Smile, Always Take Time To Give, Always Take Time To Live, Always Follow Love

I can say there are many things that don't ever happen the way we planned

But in that there is no reason to wish for anything but happiness

And wish for joy and above all to wish to know love

Forgiveness is for you to live peaceful in your life, not the person you're forgiving.

But if you're strong enough to also wish them peace in their life

You will feel a freedom that only faith and the man above can give you

To know that it's the best feeling like the weight of the world has been lifted from you

 

The gift of life can be long or short

You can have it all or nothing

But when it's all said and done I want to know I have gave the best of me

I have gave my all and never regret for one minute that I missed out on something

When I go to bed at night I pray for those I love, For those who have ever touched my life, for those I can't stand but hope they find their way

And then I ask to be forgiven for any bad things that crossed my mind

And that if possible to keep them thoughts away from me the next day.

 

We're only human and we will fail, even our best intentions can be wrong

To be able to say alright I see this wasn't right lets try something else.

Lets see what I can do to make it better

Who can I make smile today and make their day?

Who needs something I can give them and try your best to help

For giving one genuine smile of happiness or having one

Is what makes us smile years later at the oddest times.

To see a smile touch the eyes of someone or even yourself

For it's never real unless it shines all the way to the eyes

But when it does the joy reaches through to more than just the person doing the smiling

It reaches anyone who can see it, and you'll always remember it.

 

Try your best and you will see, Smiles are always going to be free

And so will the things that really matter in life.

They will just take your time and we always should have some to spare

Because in the end there won't be time to go back and do it again

We only get one time to live this life

Make it count every single day even if it seems silly

You may never know how important the little things are

It's the ones that you remember the most.
