26th February
Dress up, dress down, bake, paint, collect, run, dance…
Everyone’s going Red for Heart for National Heart Month this February. So don’t be surprised if you see people sky diving in top-to-toe red. Or wearing their red pyjamas to school. It’s all in aid of the British Heart Foundation. And we’d love you to join in.
We’re a charity dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care and by providing vital information but we urgently need your support.
What will you do?
You can do anything you like. Challenge your office or school to National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February. Bake red cakes. Paint your face red. Anything goes as long as it’s red! Our free fundraising kit comes complete with posters, stickers, a collection box and lots of novel ideas.
• For more information about the Red for Heart campaign, please visit bhf.org.uk/red
• The British Heart Foundation is the nation’s heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care, campaigning for change and by providing vital information. But we urgently need help. We rely on donations of time and money to continue our life saving work. Together we can save the life you love.
Today is also my parents 39th wedding anniversary, so Happy Anniversary to them!
