Workouts - Gymnastics Rings

These are the gymnastics rings that have been the source of my pain lately. I've had two workouts on these things and they rip me to shreds. Two days after the workout, my muscles are still sore. Needless to say, can't wait to get back to 'em. In the background, see James Dang demonstrating proper technique to another client.
