2. Skyline Drive 1/18/40. The Skyline Drive runs through the Shennandoah National Park in Virginia. It was built as a depression era works project and was completed in late 1939.

I think this is "FIRST STATE" and "Wilmington Delaware"
4. I judge the lad to the left to be about 9 years old and the one to the right about 12 years old. That would make them 77 and 80 today.
