An Interesting Story

Once upon a raucous and eventful night,

an uncontrollable beast was loosed upon the world.

He caused not mayhem or destruction where he tread,

but spread ripples of confusion and worry instead.

 

The townspeople elected that the beast be vanquished anon.

All (except for Todd, because he's a dick) put their efforts toward it,

but no matter their strain,

the creature would rise and return to haunt them again.

 

And so, after great thought,

the villagers conceived of a chamber in which to place the beast.

It would reflect his foul power,

until, for his soul, strikes the hour.

 

Suprise was held in the morn, however.

The beast, so strange to the villagers,

through his mind confusion and worry now ran

so that he was reduced to the status of a man.
