Still life with apples in the style of Cezanne

I've just finished shooting a cookbook, which is mostly french food. It was fantasticaly challenging. I now have great respect for food photographers. This is the only one that resembles a still life. It's in the style of Cesanne, who had a thing for apples. Fortunately the cook was not a fan of fake, made for photogrpahy, food, so there were many great dishes to sample.
