Still Life with Clay Pipe and Zebra
Here is my website Kevin Best Still Life Photographer
I have long wanted to create a still life featuring a Zebra (don’t ask).
Getting one into the room, without it knocking over the table was hard enough, but persuading it to stand still was almost impossible.
Eventually I put a television just out of shot and played old episodes of Mr Ed, he was completely transfixed. I’m sure it would have been easier to just do something in Photoshop, but I’m old school.
I know some of you have been asking after Louis, my trained fly. He has refused to come out of his trailer until I provide a masseur. Frankly I have been reluctant to give into his demands. He did however come out for this shot, unfortunately you can’t see him, he’s behind the Zebra (don’t ask).
