On my first day in Europe I bought this glass and proceeded to very carefully carry it from city to city. It was love at first site, I had to have it and they wouldn't post it.
I found it at the Museum in Leiden where the David Bailey Vanitas lives.
This is the first traditional still life I’ve shot for ages. Maybe I need to do a few more.
New knife handle and faux marble is my handywork.
