I like my landmark postings to be something special, as this is my 800th, I've chosen a shot that I took just before Christmas on a very bitter morning at Nostell Priory near my hometown of Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
The shot is made up of three different exposures and merged as an HDR in Photomatix.
The light this particular morning as you can see was stunning and there was enough interest in the sky to balance out this treescape / landscape.
