Correlation

Man-made objects and nature are correlated. Be it a building or a bench, there is always a sense of interaction between them. Without nature, a man-made object would be imbalanced. Without a tree on the sidewalk, the cityscape would feel artificial. This invisible interaction between objects and nature is almost never noticed as it is not something easy to be observed consciously.

The intention of these photographs is to portray the correlation between man-made objects and the natural environment that surrounds them, be it in the city or in the outskirts. By and large, this correlation is something that skips out eye everyday, but if we stop to notice, we can see how man-made objects exists in solitary when placed in balance with nature.
