Tommo (#32/100)
This is Tommo, I was walking past St Paul's Catherdral in London when I saw him walking towards me and it was his hat that initially drew my attention. I asked him for his photograph and he agreed before I could even tell him why, perhaps it was the fine weather on a lovely Sunday morning or maybe it was just Tommos nature but I got the impression that he was just the most accommodating of people. Tommo is a curate at Southwark Cathedral and he was enjoying a morning off "no dog-collar, so I'm undercover" visiting St Paul's and also a small church just behind St Paul's, we chuckled that a curate gets a Sunday morning off work. I enjoyed my brief encounter with Tommo, there was something very calming about him but with a slight hint of playful mischief.
I must admit, having been away from photographing strangers for a while it was almost back to the beginning for me and I'm sorry Tommo but I feel I should have done better here at controlling the light just so we could have seen the cheeky little glint in your eyes.
If you read this Tommo, thank you for taking the time to stop, chat and participate in this project.
