In his latest series Strange Flashes, Kevin Cartwright employs advanced computer illustration techniques to produce mixed resolution digital imagery, finding aesthetic spaces for the human artist in a highly mathematical, networked and extensible landscape. His images are painstakingly revisualized by eye, pixel by pixel, reprocessed in a personal and highly interpretive fashion, building towards new ways of seeing in our current media saturated image-based world.
