Ramsbotton Station - Signal Box and Level Crossing

The crossing uses traditional road traffic lights, which were installed before the "wig-wag" units were mandated. It is unusual to see gates and road traffic lights together these days, as those that remain are on crossings that don't see much traffic. But the East Lancs Railway has crossings in urban locations, and without any lights their crossings are difficult to close.
