Bristol Temple Meads Train Shed

As traditional train sheds go, Bristol Temple Meads is largely in original form and still looks the part. Modern signalling is dwarfed by the structure. In the background is a train that has served this station for decades, an HST. In the foreground are two elements of signalling - the "OFF" indicator (which says OFF because the signal at the end of the platform is showing a proceed aspect) and a platform marker used to define the stopping point when the platform is being shared.
