Facing the Storm

- www.kevin-palmer.com - The wind whistled across the prairie, bringing with it the smell of rain. Only a few old trees stood on this long abandoned homestead. But that’s all it took for cottonwood fluff to fill the air like snowflakes. To the west the sky grew darker, and the threatening clouds got lower and closer. To many, Montana is only the mountains and the more obvious scenery. But prairie covers about 60% of the state. This is also Big Sky Country.
