Nearly finished

The cooker surround was fitted today. Just a little bit of tiling to finish off. I've stained the existing pantry cupboards either side to match the oak of the kitchen units. Ronseal Dark Oak Eco varnish based on Castor Oil was difficult to get an even finish with, but the colour is about right.
