First flown with the Airbus test registration D-AVZU, this aircraft was delivered to Finnair O/Y as OH-LZB in Feb-99. It was sold to Finnair Aircraft Finance Ltd in Dec-03 and leased back to Finnair.
The aircraft was withdrawn from service and stored at Helsinki, Finland in Mar-20 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. It was ferried to Prague, Czechia in Nov-20 for further storage. It was moved to Chateauroux, France in Feb-22 for continued storage and returned to Finnair Finance in Oct-22.
It was leased to SmartLynx Cargo, Malta as 9H-CGG in Nov-22 and ferried to Lake City, FL, USA to await cargo conversion. It was returned to the UMB Bank as N420MB in Dec-22.
The aircraft was converted to cargo configuration with a main deck cargo door in Dec-23 then ferried to Nottingham-East Midlands for painting and storage. It was transferred to Aero Capital Solutions and leased to SmartLynx Cargo Malta as 9H-CGG again in Apr-24 and ferried to Riga, Latvia and stored.
It was converted to A321-212 standard in Oct-24 and wet-leased to Skyside, Austria at the end of Nov-04. It operated it's first service from Maastricht, Netherlands to Cairo, Egypt. The aircraft was withdrawn from service and returned to SmartLynx Malta and the lessor at the end of Mar-25 and stored at Karlovy Vary, Czechia.
It's due to be leased direct to Skyside, Austria as OE-LLK in 2Q/25. Updated 04-May-25.
