Here's a frame from a time-lapse I'm working on!
This is the best shot of the Milky Way I've captured with my Canon t3i. I was able to extend the length of time I could do an exposure by mounting the camera to a computerized telescope pan tilt mount. If I go longer than about 40 seconds, I'll still get star trails but they will be centered around the middle of the photo.
