Gull on Statue

Halifax, NS, Canada

The statue on which the gull is resting, was erected in 1897 for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. The gull is typical of those we saw in Nova Scotia and appears to be bigger than the ones that I've seen down here on the US Gulf Coast.
