Crumbs and fragments in fresh new bag of Nutro Natural Choice Adult Lamb & Brown Rice Recipe Dry Dog Food

I bought this brand and type for at least a dozen years with no issues, but since the pandemic started, it arrives broken up and crumbly. Since I usually load up half in a treat ball for Bree to push around and eat, the crumbs and fragments get all over the floor and rugs. Not fun. I sent this picture to Nutro and we'll see what response they send.
