Blau ist die Farbe der Ferne, der Weite und der Unendlichkeit. Blau ist die Farbe des Vertrauens und der Beständigkeit. Blau ist still und entspannend und wirkt beruhigend. Als Farbe des Himmels drückt das Blau Ferne, Weite und Unendlichkeit aus. Als Farbe des Wassers symbolisiert es aber auch die Seele, das Unbewusste und Unbekannte. Blau ist auch die Farbe der Melancholie.
