I can't say enough about The Shore House by Ionic..from the textures, to the layout, its simply amazing..and this huge porch well, that speaks for itself.....

 

The Ryan sofa and chair by Shutterfield come in PG and MM versions..the detail on these is absolutely fantastic, down to the tiny bolt on the leg of the furniture...
